Chattanooga Septic Tank is a fully licensed and insured septic service provider operating in Chattanooga, Tennessee and surrounding areas. We comply with all Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (DOEC) regulations and maintain current licenses for septic system installation, repair, and maintenance.

All work performed by Chattanooga Septic Tank is covered by our service warranty, which protects materials and workmanship for one year from the completion date. Warranties do not cover damage resulting from improper system maintenance, natural disasters, or third-party interference.

Our service estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Project costs may change if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the work. We will notify you immediately of any significant changes before proceeding. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to schedule service, with the balance due upon completion.

Chattanooga Septic Tank maintains comprehensive general liability insurance ($1,000,000 per occurrence) and workers’ compensation insurance as required by Tennessee law. Certificate of insurance is available upon request.

Our liability is limited to the value of services rendered. We are not responsible for damage to landscaping, structures, or property beyond the immediate service area.
